Wholesale Orders
As a wholesaler, we ensure that all products are carefully inspected before shipment. We ask that all orders be thoroughly reviewed upon receipt to confirm the quantity and condition of the items. Due to the nature of our wholesale business, we do not accept returns on opened or used products unless they are defective.

Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return or exchange for a defective or damaged item, please provide the following information:

• Order number

• Description of the issue (photos or videos of the defect or damage)

• The item(s) in question

Once we have reviewed your case, we will guide you on how to proceed with the return or exchange process. In such cases, we will cover the shipping costs for the return.

Non-Defective Returns
We do not accept returns on non-defective products unless an agreement has been made prior to the shipment. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, as we process orders promptly.

Exchanges
For wholesale exchanges, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will assist in arranging the exchange based on available stock. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued only in the case of defective or damaged items, or in situations where an order cancellation has been agreed upon before shipping. Refunds for non-defective items will not be issued under any circumstances.
